Welcome to Hopeland Apartments. By booking a stay with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Service apply to all reservations, stays, and use of Hopeland Apartments’ accommodations, facilities, and services, whether booked directly through our website or via third-party platforms.
2. Booking & Payment
- Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
- Guests may pay via Stripe (international payments in USD, EUR, GBP, etc.) or approved local methods.
- A valid payment method must be provided at booking.
- Hopeland Apartments reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed or incomplete bookings.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Free cancellation is allowed within 48 hours of booking.
- After 48 hours, cancellations are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
- No-shows are charged the full booking amount.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 2:00 PM or later
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be requested but are subject to availability and additional fees.
- Guests will access their unit via a secure lockbox code, provided before arrival.
5. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests agree to use the apartment only for lawful, residential purposes.
- Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
No smoking inside units. Designated outdoor areas may be used.
- Pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing.
Guests are responsible for the conduct of all individuals in their party.
6. Property Rules
- Maximum occupancy per unit must be observed at all times.
- Furniture, appliances, and fixtures must remain in their original placement.
- Any damage or missing items will be charged to the guest’s payment method on file.
- Hopeland Apartments reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund for violations of these rules.
7. Liability & Safety
- Hopeland Apartments is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
- Guests are responsible for securing their unit using provided locks and lockboxes.
- Hopeland Apartments shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring during a stay, except where caused by proven negligence.
8. Privacy & Data
- Guest information is collected solely for the purpose of reservation, check-in, communication, and compliance with local regulations.
- Hopeland Apartments does not sell or share guest information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9. Changes & Amendments
Hopeland Apartments reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and apply to future reservations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Southwest Region.
